IperFormazione LAB™

Making commercial role play readable.

A PC program integrates structured simulation, physiological baseline, voice analysis, trainer assessment and debriefing.

Operational protocol

From trial to improvement

Six connected phases keep technology at the service of learning.

01

Preparation

Duration, business case, roles, sensors, microphones and consent are checked before starting.

02

Baseline

A contextual physiological and vocal reference is captured for each participant.

03

Role play

Seller and customer work through discovery, value proposition, objection, negotiation and closing.

04

Integrated reading

Behaviour, conversation and physiological variation share one timeline.

05

Debrief

The trainer compares evidence, perceptions and choices to turn the trial into learning.

06

Improvement

The final report identifies strengths, margins and concrete actions for the next trial.

When experience becomes observable

Not a score imposed on people, but evidence returned to people.

Commercial role play has long been one of the most rigorous tools in good training: it allows people to practise, make mistakes, observe and try again before an error reaches a real customer.

IperFormazione LAB™ preserves that tradition and makes it more readable by connecting behaviour, conversation and contextual physiological variation.

A baseline, not a label

Heart rate and HRV vary with breathing, posture, movement, fatigue and many individual conditions. A session baseline provides a contextual personal reference; it does not diagnose stress, competence or personality.

Three views, one experience

The LAB combines what the participant does, what happens in the dialogue and what varies physiologically. No single level explains performance.

Debriefing creates learning

The final output explains what happened, the evidence supporting the reading, strengths, improvement margins and observable actions for the next trial.

Technology remains in its proper place

AI organises evidence but does not replace the trainer. The Windows program integrates classroom direction, two voice stations, baseline, role play, assessment and final debriefing.

IperFormazione LAB™
