The message
Corporate training is still often treated as an isolated intervention: a classroom, a set of contents and then a return to work. Yet learning is not simply receiving information. It means transforming skills, behaviours and decision-making over time.
This is why Ugo Maria Ilardo created IperFormazione™: a specific learning model grounded in applied neuroscience, integrating learning experience, cognitive psychology, data and Human Performance.
